General Terms and Conditions of Schwarzmann Berghaus GmbH

We believe that treating each other with respect takes priority over all laws.

Should any legal questions need to be clarified, the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE HOTEL INDUSTRY 2006 (AGBH 2006), version dated 15.11.2006, apply to our accommodation contracts.

For our: Haus Unterboden 5, Chalet Edelweiss and Chalet Apartment Arlberg:

Up to 11 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be canceled without payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration by the contracting parties.

Outside the specified period, withdrawal by unilateral declaration by the contracting party is only possible subject to payment of the following cancellation fees: Cancellations

up to 11 months before the date of arrival: no cancellation fee
- within 11 and up to 6 months before the date of arrival: Fee is 10% of the accommodation costs
- within 6 and up to 3 months before the date of arrival: Fee is 30% of the accommodation costs
- within 3 months before arrival:  Fee is 100% of the accommodation costs.

 

Following applies to Apartment Auszeit, Apartment Tannberg, Apartment Gipfeltreff, Studio Bergliebe, Studio Bergfreund: Cancellations

- up to 3 months before the day of arrival: free cancellation, processing fee of Euro 50,-
- within 3 and up to 1 months before the day of arrival: Fee is 30% of the accommodation costs
- within 1 month and up 8 nights before arrival: Fee is 50% of the accommodation costs
- within 8 nights before arrival: Fee is 100% of the accommodation costs

Any reservation can be canceled free of charge within 48 hours of completion.
