Vitalchalet Unterboden 5 includes bed linen, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. You are welcome to order bread rolls for breakfast. We can provide you with baby equipment (bed with bedding, high chair, changing mat, diaper pail) for a fee of 10 Euros, please order at least 1 week before arrival. You also have your own separate wellness house to relax in. There is a parking lot directly in front of the house where you can park your car.

You can borrow bathrobes at the reception of the Berghaus Schröcken (rental fee Euro 5,-).

You will find a high-quality fully automatic coffee machine in Unterboden 5. Please bring whole beans for your coffee enjoyment. If you prefer to drink filter coffee, you will find one of these machines and matching filter bags in the kitchen cupboard.

Because we are in the mountains, our tap water is naturally high-quality mountain spring water. You're unlikely to find better water. We therefore strongly recommend that you bring a refillable drinking bottle with you to the chalet!

People like to gather around the solid oak tables in this pretty old Walser living area. Eating, playing, singing, laughing. What could be more fun. Small children love to play in the adjoining playroom. Very practical, because you can always keep an eye on them

16 people can eat and celebrate in here. You forget to look at the clock. It doesn't matter. Vacation. You just want to stay here - and there's nothing wrong with that.

A note: people here used to be a good deal smaller in t he past. If you're over 190 cm tall, you can sit here comfortably, but you have to tuck your head in in the living room (and in the entrance area).

The large and spacious kitchen offers enough room to cook delicious meals for your guest group and have fun at the stove.

We have equipped the kitchen with a ceramic hob, commercial dishwasher, side-by-side fridge-freezer, oven, crockery and the most important kitchen utensils. Whether it's a blender, a baking dish, a spaetzle slicer, a raclette machine or a fondue pot - everything you need for cooking with friends is on hand. Dishwashing liquid, cleaning cloths and dishwasher tabs are in the kitchen cupboard.

You won't find any food or spices in our kitchens. It's best to go to the nearby grocery store and get everything you need. You'll find a surprisingly wide range there, with many products being local.

Queen-size bed 180x200cm; wardrobe; a sofa bed (leather couch)and a desk. Two children can also sleep here. There is also space for a baby crib.

This is every child's favorite room. It is equipped with a special bunk bed: the lower bed is 140 cm wide, the upper one 80 cm. Length 200 cm each.

The Heuboden bedroom is very flexible. Let us know how you want to use it before you arrive: it is equipped with 2 single beds, which can also be joined together. You can also add up to 3 extra mattresses. Especially older children love to camp here, laugh and chat in the evening or play a game of table soccer. There are also beanbags, good Wi-Fi and a large TV.

This room is located on the ground floor next to the living room and has 2 single beds. However, it can also be used as a TV- or play-room.

In your private wellness cabin with sauna, you and your friends can sweat around the clock. You decide whether you want the air to really burn or whether you would rather enjoy a relaxing herbal steam mixture. Afterwards, treat yourself to a relaxing footbath and unwind in the relaxation room.

You need to plan some preparation time for this rustic bathing experience. But it's worth it at any time of year. Relax in the warm water in the evening, with the clear mountain air and starry sky, a fine drink in your hand and enjoy life...

The hot tub is also a highlight for children. Please remember to bring water wings. In cold weather, a bathing cap is good for children's ears.

The tub is filled with fresh water and then heated to bathtub temperature using a wood-burning stove. Wood and starting aids are available on site

Vitalchalet Unterboden 5 has a wonderful, very private terrace with a large dining table, fire-pit with barbecue grill and reclining deck chairs. There is also an all-weather playground, a children's work shop and a large play area for the little ones. You can relax and watch everything from the comfort of the deck chairs

Unterboden 5 includes a small, weatherproof painting and craft studio with an incredible view. Here the children can be creative, saw, glue and paint with watercolors. Please bring your own craft materials.

Alternatively, you can borrow craft materials from the Berghaus reception for a deposit.

Water, sand, wooden horses. Children can splash and play here for hours. The pretty fenced-in playground is easily visible from the living room and terrace. So relaxation is guaranteed for everyone. Please be sure to bring mud suits, because playing outside is fun here whatever the weather. Dirty? No problem - there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in one of the bathrooms.

On request, we can provide you with bobby cars, sand toys and accessories for the wooden horses.

Unterboden 5 has a paved driveway and a large parking lot right next to the house. There is a shoe dryer in the cellar and plenty of storage space for drinks and food.

Bed linen, towels and a fully equipped kitchen are included in the Arlberg chalet apartment. You can also use the wellness area and the hotel swimming pool, the garden and sports facilities and all the common areas of the Berghaus. For stays of four nights or more, we will change your towels, clean the toilet and dispose of the garbage. You can park your car in our garage in reserved spaces. There are 2 double parking spaces (for 4 cars) for your apartment. License plates must be registered at check-in. A charging station is available for electric cars.

A great ambience in which you can enjoy your precious time with friends and family. At the heart of the living room are the large dining tables, where up to 20 people can sit and eat their meals. This area is also perfect for board games evenings.

The wood-burning stove and the cozy seating area add the finishing touches to the living room. You simply want to stay here - and there's no reason why you shouldn't.

To cook for a large group, you need more than a household kitchen. This kitchen will exceed your expectations. It offers the necessary technology and enough space to have fun together at the stove.

We have equipped the kitchens with dishes and the most important kitchen utensils. If you need a blender, a baking tin, a spaetzle slicer or a fondue pot for your cooking skills, for example, just ask at reception. We have all the equipment on loan. Dishwashing liquid, dishcloths and dishwasher tabs are in the kitchen cupboard.

The relax room is located right next to the living room. Pure peace and relaxation! It can be used as a lounge and TV room or as a bedroom. The daybed can be converted into two full-size double beds. The bedding can be quickly stowed away in the bed drawer.

There are also wardrobes in the relaxation room. Shower and a toilet are located in the hallway

The cabin is the favorite room of all kids. There's a real mountain hut feeling here. They whisper, giggle and tell stories. It's so nice to be among mountain friends, even at night. In the morning, it's quick and easy here: three washbasins, two showers, toilets - and the whole group is ready for the mountain in no time.

This pretty room is furnished with a queen size bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a TV, shower and toilet. Space for a baby-cot. The exit door to the north-facing open-air staircase is very practical for smokers or early risers.

The exclusive warm pool is the absolute icing on the cake of your chalet apartment. Relax in the warm water in the evening, surrounded by the cold mountain air and the clear starry sky. A glass of sparkling wine in your hand makes the perfect combination.

You can fill the warm pool with the touch of a button and get in straight away - almost like magic! The pool then drains again and the water returns to the filter systems, because sustainability is very important to us.  Of course, the pool complies with the strict hygiene regulations of public swimming pools.

Needless to say, you can also use the entire Berghaus wellness area in the main building free of charge.

Arlberg Chalet Apartment Arlberg has a terrace with a cozy seating area, grill and private hot tub. Perfect to round off the day. There is also a small enclosed garden for your exclusive use. On the north side of the house there is a volleyball court, a  boccia court and a playground for the little ones. Just 100 meters from the house, a small mountain stream invites you to play and have some fun.

There are 2 double parking spaces (for 4 cars) for your apartment reserved in the underground parking deck. License plates must be registered at check-in. A charging station is available for electric cars. This chalet apartment also has a private ski and storage room.

You don't need to tell us what a bike and its pilot look like after an extreme tour. That's why there is a washing facility for bikes and shoes at the entrance to the garage. You can put your wet clothes straight into the washer-dryer in your ski-storage room.

But don't worry, each bedroom has its own TV.
The open fireplace and the cozy seating area make for warm and enjoyable evenings in good company. You simply want to stay here - and there's no reason why you shouldn't.

The Relax room is located in the middle of your private wellness area. Pure relaxation! Equipped with a daybed area, a music system and a TV, you can really switch off here and let yourself go. For a cozy cup of tea or a cold beer after a sauna session, we have equipped the wellness area with a tea kitchen.

The bedroom is furnished with two single beds, which you can easily push together to make a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, a TV, shower and toilet. An spare bed for children and babies can also be added if required.

The exclusive and heatable outdoor bathtub is the icing on the cake of your chalet. Relax in the warm water in the evening, surrounded by the cold mountain air and the clear starry sky. A drink in your hand makes the moment perfect.

The tub is freshly filled to the desired temperature for each use - just like a normal bathtub. A heater in the base of the bath keeps the water temperature constant for hours.

This bath is also especially enjoyed by children - a great all-weather splashing and playing option.

There is also a small enclosed garden for your exclusive use. Here you can relax in one of the beach chairs while the children do their thing in the play area and you still have everything in view. You've officially arrived on vacation.
